Service Description

*This 'Extended Wash' is required prior to booking onto our 'Monthly Maintenance Wash Program' This service includes additional time for the initial wash to get the vehicle to the required condition so that we are able to complete the monthly washes within the allocated time. Please note, only vehicles that have ceramic coated paintwork and wheels are allowed on our monthly maintenance program. If your vehicle is not ceramic coated then please check out our packages here: NEW cars: https://www.atomdetailing.co.uk/newcarprotection USED Cars: https://www.atomdetailing.co.uk/cardetailing If your vehicle was ceramic coated by another company and/or was applied a long time ago then please reach out prior to booking. ---------------------------------------- Service Details: - 2 Hour Duration (size and condition dependant) - Waiting area available - Vehicle exterior washed, dried & tyre dressed How are our washes different? We use only high quality products and equipment; from a good quality shampoo to a luxury drying towel as well paint and trim safe products. We also use gentle wash mitts to lightly remove dirt and replace them regularly. Please be on time for your appointment and arrive at least 5-10 minutes early. To maintain the bookings of others, we may have to forfeit your booking if arriving late. ---------------------------------------------- We reserve the right to charge extra for larger vehicles, complex wheels or excessively dirty vehicles as extending cleaning time is required. Cancellation Policy

Monthly Maintenance Wash & Valeting Programme Policy Service Purpose 1a. This service is for the regular upkeep of well-maintained vehicles. 1b. It is not a deep clean or restoration service, and is unsuitable for heavily soiled or neglected cars. 1c. Vehicles must have ceramic-coated paintwork and wheels for this programme. 1d. If your vehicle is not coated, we can offer this at an additional cost prior to subscription. 1e. If your vehicle’s condition does not meet the standard for ongoing maintenance, an Extended Wash may be required beforehand, which will be quoted separately. Booking & Attendance 2a. Appointments are scheduled monthly and must be booked via our system or team. 2b. Regular booking slots are subject to availability and should be attended consistently. 2c. Vehicles must arrive on time for their scheduled slot. 2d. If a vehicle is late, we may refuse to carry out the wash and require a rebooking. The monthly fee will not be refunded. 2e. If you miss an appointment due to personal scheduling or circumstances (not caused by us), that month’s fee will still apply. 2f. Missed appointments often result in more work at the next visit, which is built into the programme’s cost model. Payment & Price Changes 3a. The programme operates as a monthly subscription, payable in advance. 3b. Your fee covers one scheduled maintenance wash per month. 3c. Any additional services requested will be billed separately. 3d. Prices may change in line with inflation or business costs. 3e. We will provide notice in writing ahead of any changes. 3f. If you do not wish to continue following a price increase, you may cancel immediately. Cancellations 4a. You may cancel at any time by giving one month’s written notice. 4b. Any payment already made will not be refunded. The service will continue for that billing period. Vehicle Condition 5a. We reserve the right to refuse service if your vehicle is not in suitable condition. 5b. This includes vehicles with excessive soiling, tar, pet hair, or other contaminants. 5c. If refused, no refund will be issued for that month, and a new booking may be charged. Pre-Existing Damage 6a. Please declare any known or visible damage when dropping off your vehicle. 6b. This includes scratches, dents, loose trim, and any faulty parts. 6c. We are not liable for damage not disclosed prior to the wash. Terms & Updates 7a. We may update this policy at any time. 7b. Continued use of the service confirms your acceptance of the latest.
